Where we’ve done it before

Policy development, analysis and advice for the Australian Government in energy, water, critical minerals and maritime supply security

We’ve been right at the intersection of intelligence, policy and critical national industries, assimilating real-world vulnerabilities with all-source datapoints to divine the optimal path through to greater national resilience.

Extensive face-to-face workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement to drive policy development and program implementation for federal, state and local government clients

We love an audience, even if the audience doesn’t necessarily love us, or each other. The most challenging problems are the most difficult to solve. We’ve built common ground where none existed.

Comprehensive Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program (CIRMP) for a major regional water utility, covering physical, natural, cyber, personnel and supply chain hazards

We led a tight, multidisciplinary team to uncover, prioritise and mitigate all-hazards risks to an Australian water utility, supporting one of the first attestations of compliance with the requirement for a CIRMP under obligations established by the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act.

Long-term relationship development with the Australian federal government, winning landmark projects, like the project management/contract administration for a once-in-a-generation diplomatic property project

We have always built long-term relationships with our clients, based on trust and value, and we’ve been particularly proud of the success we’ve helped them achieve on their landmark projects.
